"F" Type 70% Fluoroelastomer Gasket Sheets

"F" Type.   Viton™ GF  from Chemours is a fluoroelastomer base polymer manufactured using Advanced Polymer Architecture (APA) technology. Viton™ GF contains 70% fluorine and is composed of hexafluoropropylene (HFP), vinylidene fluoride (VF₂) and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) with a peroxide cure site. 

Viton™ GF offers excellent resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, water, steam, and acids.

Stigall Style VIT-1475 is compounded to 75+/-5 duromenter for the industrial gasket industry.  Wtin the addition of a higher fluorine, and a peroxide cure system,  VIT-1475 offers the broadest range of chemical resistance and thermal resistance.   -18F to +450F   VIT-1475 is one of the few fluoroelastomer products that offers exceptional steam and hotwater resistance.
