Solid Silicone Rubber Sheet

Solid silicone rubber sheet is an outstanding gasket material because it has excellent resistance to ozone, oxidation, ultraviolet light, corona discharge, and extreme temperatures. Materials can comply with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) compliance per 21 CFR 177.2600 and are thermally stable over a wide range of extreme temperatures.
Solid Silicone Sheet Material
Fabricated from mixed organic-inorganic polymers, solid silicone has special qualities that make it ideal for numerous applications, including as an outstanding gasket material. It contains no air pockets and allows for customization in such areas as color, thickness, durometer, and thermal performance. The following characteristics of solid silicon make it desirable for many industries:

Since some industries require thin gaskets in specific applications, we provide products with PSA pressure-sensitive adhesive. This allows for thin and resilient gaskets that have the ability to withstand weather extremes while retaining sealing integrity.

Products Made of Solid Silicone Rubber Sheet
At Stigall Industrial Products, we surpass our competition through the wide range of products we provide for discerning clients. Our warehouse stocks products of 36" to 72" width and from 1/64" to 1" thick. Clients can search through product attributes to determine critical features such as durometer (hardness), surface finish, color, and temperature range.
Many of our silicone rubber sheet products come with fiberglass reinforcement, which allows for dimensional stability to prevent gasket creep. Available colors range from translucent through black with many options for red, orange, and white. Our premium grade sheeting ranges from 30 to 90 shore A durometer and is available in rolls and cut sheets.
